There has been some confusion on the new disconnect policy. Letters were mailed to the customers in November regarding this policy. To clarify any questions, we mail the bills on the 25th of the month. The bill is due on the 1st of the month. You have until the 15th to pay without a late fee. After the 15th you are charged a 5% late fee. If you still have a balance at the close of business on the 20th, you will be disconnected on the 21st of every month. You can not roll a balance over into the next month. Once the disconnect list is sent to the field, you are responsible for the reconnect fee of $50.00.
