Policy change for deliquent bills

Bills are mailed for delivery on the 1st of every month. Payment is due by the 10th of the month. Payments received after the 10th are subject to a late fee. If a balance is not paid by the 10th of the following month, then services will be disconnected on the 12th or the next business day depending on weekends and holidays. Disconnect notices are on your bill. We do not mail notices seperately. Any questions, please feel free to call our office. If you are disconnected for non-pay, you CAN NOT use the online bill pay to have services restored!
